     Michael Stephen Manufacturing adheres to rigorous quality standards and are registered to ISO 9001:2000. We manufacture our products to UL and CSA standards and our employees are trained to monitor every aspect of assembly such as crimp height measurements and pull testing to UL guidelines.  
             
      As well, wire harness and cable assemblies are assembled and electronically tested on wired assembly boards for continuity, miswires and resistance levels.  The test/assembly fixtures also test any components (such as resistors, diodes etc.) in the assemblies for correctness. All tested wiring harnesses and cable assemblies are assigned serial and lot numbers which allows MSM to have product tracability to our computerized test archive.  This allows MSM to provide you with the highest quality available.
